New guidelines for graphic files: PDF/X-1a format
A step forward in quality, together
At Packstyle, we’ve always been committed to delivering fast, customizable, and high-quality service. To continue delivering results that meet expectations, we are adopting new graphic standards in line with European regulations and ISO printing standards.

What’s changing in the graphic requirements?
A new format for professional printing
The required format from now on is PDF/X-1a with the Coated FOGRA39 color profile - an international ISO standard designed for professional printing. It ensures font embedding, correct use of CMYK colors, and maximum compatibility with prepress and production systems.

Why this change?
For more accurate and high-quality print results
It represents an important step forward that not only brings us closer to industry professional standards, but also helps minimize errors and ensures greater consistency between the submitted file and the final result.
A smooth transition, with our full support
We’ve prepared a guide that will walk you through, step by step, how to create files that already comply with the new requirements.
We’re here to help you do everything the right way
How to prepare your file
The new guidelines will come fully into effect in October 2025, giving everyone ample time to adapt with ease.
To ensure a result that is accurate, consistent, and of higher quality, our graphic department is available to support you with file adjustments or complete graphic creation services.
