This layer of polypropylene provides excellent colour and tactile performance in gloss, matt and soft touch finishes. In addition, its chemical composition enhances the functional barrier against gas and moisture, providing strength and solidity to the pouch.

Polyethylene, co-extruded with EVOH, acts as a barrier against moisture, oxygen and carbon dioxide, protecting the product and giving it a shelf life of more than six months. This polymer is guaranteed for safe and healthy food contact.

Composition

The Recyclable mono-material PP film  consists of a polypropylene monomaterial with a functional barrier to oxygen and water vapour. The monomaterial structure is only apparently less rigid and structured and preserves the product's aromas for a longer time. With this material it is possible to create windows showing the contents of the pouch.

Our Recyclable mono-material PP film packaging is suitable for any food product except fatty foods and those with oily substances on the surface. It provides optimum storage for more than 6 months at room temperature and can be heated up to 70°C for up to 2 hours or up to 100°C for up to 15 minutes.

In order to always guarantee maximum protection for your products, paper and aluminium pouches cannot have windows. Plastic films, on the other hand, can have windows of any shape and size.

On which materials can I create a window for my pouches?

Our pouches can be heat sealed with no risk to materials. Just use an impulse, ultrasonic or heat sealer, even at low temperatures! You can also equip them with a practical reclosable zip that extends the life of the pack, even after the first use.

How do you close Packstyle pouches?

Our flexible packaging is laboratory tested to preserve food for an extended time at room temperature or below. Compatible with the qualities of the product and its perishability, our pouches provide protection for more than six months.

How long can I store my food in your pouches?

Yes of course, you can vacuum pack your product with all our materials.

Can I vacuum pack with your pouches?

Defining the specific weight of each product is very difficult. In order to carry out filling tests, we recommend that you request a free sample pack.

How many grams of my product can I put in a Packstyle bag?

Yes, thanks to the multi-graphic service you can print up to 100 copies multiplied by all the graphics you need. To be eligible for this service, the total number of your pouches must be at least 100 and the pouches must be in the same format, as well as being of the same material and finish.

I need to print several pouches with small graphic variations. Can I do it with Packstyle?

The degassing valve is a small accessory that allows the gases produced naturally by the coffee to escape from the pack. Its purpose is to prevent the packaging from swelling, giving the impression that your food product is no longer edible and safe. The valve, being one-way, does not allow external gases and moisture to pass through the EVOH barrier and ruin your coffee.

What is the purpose of the degassing valve?

Yes, of course, you can. Just do not apply the white background colour and print directly on the aluminium. Please note, however, that with this solution, the yellow may give a golden effect and other colours may undergo slight iridescent/metallic variations.

Can I achieve a metallic effect using the aluminium material?

We do not carry out print tests, but you can always test the performance of your graphics by placing a small order of 50 pieces.
