Recyclable paper is the result of combining the virtues of one-side coated paper and polyethylene with the EVOH barrier. Together they create a protected environment by preventing oxygen and water vapour from penetrating the pack and deteriorating the contents. At the end of its use, the Aticelca-certified pouch can be disposed of in waste paper. This makes the packaging as green as well as delicate, so we suggested not to exaggerate with the weight of the product inside. If you would like to apply the FSC logo to your packaging, please ask our staff. We will be happy to provide you with the most suitable symbol for your pouches.

In order to always guarantee maximum protection for your products, paper and aluminium pouches cannot have windows. Plastic films, on the other hand, can have windows of any shape and size.

On which materials can I create a window for my pouches?

Our pouches can be heat sealed with no risk to materials. Just use an impulse, ultrasonic or heat sealer, even at low temperatures! You can also equip them with a practical reclosable zip that extends the life of the pack, even after the first use.

How do you close Packstyle pouches?

Our flexible packaging is tested to preserve food for an extended time at room temperature or below. Compatible with the qualities of the product and its perishability, our pouches provide protection for more than six months.

How long can I store my food in your pouches?

Yes, you can vacuum pack your products in Packstyle pouches and then seal them.

Can I vacuum pack my products in your pouches?

Defining the specific weight of each product is very difficult. In order to carry out filling tests, we recommend that you request a free sample pack.

How many grams of my product can I put in a Packstyle bag?

Yes, thanks to the multi-graphic service you can print up to 100 copies multiplied by all the graphics you need. To be eligible for this service, the total number of your pouches must be at least 100 and the pouches must be in the same format, as well as being of the same material and finish.

I need to print several pouches with small graphic variations. Can I do it with Packstyle?

The degassing valve is a small accessory that allows the gases produced naturally by the coffee to escape from the pack. Its purpose is to prevent the packaging from swelling, giving the impression that your food product is no longer edible and safe. The valve, being one-way, does not allow external gases and moisture to pass through the EVOH barrier and ruin your coffee.

What is the purpose of the degassing valve?

Yes, of course, you can. Just do not apply the white background colour and print directly on the aluminium. Please note, however, that with this solution, the yellow may give a golden effect and other colours may undergo slight iridescent/metallic variations.

Can I achieve a metallic effect using the aluminium material?

We do not carry out print tests, but you can always test the performance of your graphics by placing a small order of 50 pieces.
